Yoga

Yoga is an effective way to reduce stress or anxiety, and to treat insomnia, musculoskeletal problems and many other issues. I offer both individual and group yoga lessons.


Pilates

No matter whether you're a fitness nut or couch potato – pilates is an efficient training method that avoids undue stress on your joints and can be as strenuous for experienced participants as for beginners. Joint-friendly strengthening of the deep muscles that improves posture, mobility and physical appearance. Come along for a trial session: mat-based group training or studio reformer training, either individually or in pairs. Qualitop-certified.

Therapy

Your body often requires support, either in recovery periods or after an injury. I offer traditional massage for deep relaxation, a variety of sports massages as part of sports therapy, and EMR-approved lymph drainage treatments.

Health management

Are you an employer or responsible for your company's employees? I will be happy to advise you on ergonomics at work, health promotion or general questions about occupational health management.
